"Love Bridge - Bulgaria" Children School

The children Sunday school of "Life in Glory" ACC consists of about 120 children from Lozenetz region in Stara Zagora. Lozenetz region has a multiethnic population, including bulgarians, gypsies, turks, but the predominant ethnicity is the Gypsy one.

The work with the children in the Sunday school is part of the fulfillment of the Roma Destiny Vision, which main focus is the reformation of the Gypsy church and society.

A priority in our work with the children is for them to be brought before the Lord, so they can know Him. In Luke's gospel it is written: But Jesus called them and said to them: Let the little children come to Me and do not stop them, because of such is the Kingdom of God (Luke 18:16). That's why the children in the Sunday school learn how to praise the Lord, how to pray and express freely in His Presence.

The children are divided into three age groups. Each group has a specific school curriculum, adapted to the age specifics of the kids. The curriculum includes Biblical teachings and projecting of Biblically based movies, as well as movies with an educational and moral standards developing content.

The teaching staff working with the children is doing so in the atmosphere of love, acceptance and care, striving to help the children realize and remove the negative habits they have accomodated in the surroundings they are living in, and to develop themselves in faith and Christian virtues. I the Sunday school the children are being taught to apply the Biblical code of behaviour and respect one another, despite of their ethnical background.

Along with the education and training of the children, they regularly receive free food and periodically are supplied with humanitarian goods.

ЛThe love and care which the children receive in the children Sunday school of Life in Glory ACC makes this place attractive and desired by them.
